When you register for The Houston Hoedown, you will be offered a choice between Regular Registration and Host Sponsorship.

Regular Registration

Regular Registration gets you admission into most of the weekend's events, including evening dances, bar crawls, the hospitality room, workshops, Sunday brunch, socials, and the Sunday dance swap.

Host Sponsorship

As a Host Sponsor, your charitable donation helps guarantee the success of The Houston Hoedown. To show our appreciation, we offer you, in addition to regular registration activities, a convention dangle, a convention t-shirt, listing as a host sponsor on this hoedown website, special public acknowledgement at the Welcome Reception on Friday Evening and at the Sunday Brunch, and our sincere thanks for your generosity. Plus for U.S. residents, your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The Tyler Goolsby Scholarship Fund has been established by the IAGLCWDC "to attract new members into IAGLCWDC by providing financial assistance to those in need who have a strong desire to attend our convention(s), but lack the financial means to participate."

Single Event Tickets will be available for those who are unable to attend and register for the entire weekend. These tickets may be purchased for cash at the Registration Desk at the time of that particular event. Visa and Master Card accepted.

Competitors must purchase the weekend package.

Sorry, your Single Event Ticket will not get you into the Hospitality Room or After Hours Festivities. For that, you'll need to register for the full weekend.
